I am a proud mother of two boys, trauma survivor, a passionately curious student, music nerd, and a lover of the arts. Things that spark joy in me: - laying outside embracing the warmth and sunshine - tender, loving moments with my kids - enjoying rich delicious chocolate -sunrises and sunsets - walks and baths
A little bit about my journey
My love for the world of health and wellness sparked at an early age. I found that whatever I was feeling or experiencing in my life, mother nature was always there. Being outdoors and feeling into my connection to the earth became (and still is) a sacred, spiritual practice. When I found yoga, this feeling of connection deepened. Through yoga, I learned that in the face of adversity, I can cultivate strength from the inside and out. It was fascinating to feel into areas that were holding let go and empowering to strengthen areas that had once felt weakened. It also gave me a place to find community. I could be with people who have shared values and when painful obstacles came my way, I felt that I had something to lean into. These resources brought so much joy, healing, and peace to my life, that I felt called to pay it forward. I also had a deep desire to learn more about the healing magic that was taking place through my practices. So I rolled up my sleeves, and immersed myself in training courses for meditation, yoga, and trauma healing. I am forever grateful for the incredible love, support, and wisdom I have received from many practitioners. Their courage and insight continues to enrich my life and enhance my practice. Today I look forward to continuing to deepen my connection with myself, and to continue on this incredible exploration of love, community, and healing.
